Concrete Leveling with Polyurethane Foam Injection
Concrete sinks because the soil under it does — from erosion, poor compaction, tree roots, plumbing leaks or the Bay Area's expansive clay drying out each summer. Replacing the slab means jackhammers, dump trucks, days of curing and a patch that never matches. Polyurethane concrete leveling ("foam jacking") fixes the problem from below: we drill 5/8-inch holes, inject a two-part structural foam that expands beneath the slab, fills the voids and lifts the concrete precisely back to grade. The foam cures in about 15 minutes and the surface is ready to use immediately.
USA Spray Me levels residential and commercial concrete throughout San Francisco, the Peninsula, East Bay, South Bay and North Bay — sidewalks, driveways, patios, pool decks, garage floors, warehouse slabs, loading docks, steps and interior floors.

What We Level
- Sidewalks and walkways — eliminate trip hazards and City of San Francisco sidewalk-repair notices without replacing panels
- Driveways and aprons — fix the dip at the garage door and water pooling
- Patios and pool decks — restore slope away from the house and pool
- Garage and basement floors — level before epoxy or polyurea coatings
- Warehouse and industrial slabs — stabilize forklift lanes, loading docks and settled joints
- Steps, porches and stoops — lift pulled-away steps back to the structure
- Void filling — fill washouts under slabs before they collapse
Our Five-Step Process
- Inspection — we measure the settlement, probe for voids and identify the cause (drainage, roots, leaks) so it doesn't recur
- Preparation — the area is cleaned and injection points are marked in a grid pattern
- Drilling — 5/8-inch holes are drilled through the slab
- Injection — structural polyurethane foam is injected and expands beneath the slab, filling voids and lifting it in controlled increments monitored with lasers and levels
- Finishing — holes are sealed with color-matched grout, joints and cracks caulked, and the site is left clean — usually within 2–4 hours
Cost and Longevity
Concrete leveling typically costs 30–50% less than replacement, depending on slab size, lift height and access, and most residential projects are completed in a morning. The foam is waterproof, inert and does not shrink, degrade or leach into soil, so the repair lasts for decades. Free on-site estimates throughout the Bay Area — and $250 off orders over $2,500.
