Information on this site, including cost ranges in articles, is for guidance only and does not constitute an offer. Binding prices are provided only in a written quote after an on-site inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. The "Save $250 on orders over $2,500" promotion applies to new residential and commercial contracts, cannot be combined with other discounts, and must be mentioned before the contract is signed.
Services and licensing
USA Spray Me is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (License #1058008), bonded and insured. Work is performed under a separate written contract that governs scope, schedule, payment terms, change orders and warranty. California law requires that a home-improvement contract and any changes be in writing.
Warranty
We provide a written workmanship warranty on every project; manufacturers' material warranties pass through where applicable. Warranty terms are set out in your contract.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Spray Me is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California consumer-protection law.
